Tech Support & Troubleshooting
Our Watchfire service KnowledgeBase contains extensive service information to help identify and fix issues you may have with your LED sign or Ignite® Graphics Software. Watchfire tech support reps are also available by phone and online to answer questions six days a week.
Our outstanding customer support record shows that there's a 9-in-10 chance you'll speak to a tech rep when you call during business hours. If not, Watchfire gives you the option to leave a message and we will return your call, usually within four minutes, so there's no need to wait on hold.
Watchfire stores your LED sign's entire sales and installation history, including any tech or support calls you've made in the past. These records are invaluable when troubleshooting individual LED signs. There's no need to waste time repeating (or remembering) past installation or service history. We can serve you better and faster because everything is right at our fingertips.

Traffic and Media Analyses
A Watchfire traffic and media analyses provides a valuable way for you to illustrate the impact of an LED sign. Both reports are factual and easy-to-interpret, and bring some real numbers into a process that can feel like a gamble to some customers. We encourage our partner dealers to contact your Watchfire representative to request a site analysis.
Tech Support & Troubleshooting
The Watchfire tech support department is here for your tech workers six days a week. Call or e-mail with general questions or during a repair while on-site. Dealer level access to the Watchfire KnowledgeBase, which contains in-depth service information, is also available.
Orders received and processed by 2:00 pm CST typically ship the same day. Every effort is made to get sign parts to dealers the next business day. Instead of shipping the damaged board to us and waiting for your replacement part to arrive, Watchfire will ship replacement parts directly to you immediately after you call. Once you receive the part, simply remove the old part and replace it with the new one. As a result, the sign will only be down for a few minutes.
Watchfire promises to support every LED sign model for ten years after the last sign was shipped. When our competitors' signs become obsolete, they sometimes stop offering support, or they charge you more. This won't happen with Watchfire. This is just another reason we are a leading LED sign manufacturer.
