The highest resolution available from Watchfire, the 12mm is engineered to deliver eye-catching brightness and energy efficient operation for both on-premise LED signs and Watchfire digital billboards.
Our 12mm signs feature through-hole technology and fully encapsulated modules with beveled edges for near seamless installation, even around curves. Other Watchfire quality standards such as extruded aluminum cabinets with solid welds, stainless steel fasteners and temperature ratings from -40F to +140F mean that our 12mm is built to last.

XVS Advantage and Efficient Operation
Every Watchfire 12mm LED sign features XVS technology. With XVS, our 12mm delivers eye-popping live video, animations, or available digital signage player integration. Each 12mm sign features whole-sign color calibration and automated sign diagnostics.
This model delivers an optimal balance of brightness (up to 10,000 NITs) and energy efficiency. It produces images 1.5 times brighter than some surface-mount models, has a wider effective viewing angle, and provides energy cost savings to increase return on investment.
The 12mm module also uses the same 12" x 12" form factor as our 16mm and 19mm modules. Standardizing the module size will make it possible for owners of 19mm signs to upgrade to the high resolution 12mm modules when the need arises.

Construction & Engineering
- All Watchfire LED modules feature an all-weather encapsulation in a bed of silicone gel
- Rigorously tested through 180 consecutive days of underwater immersion, 60 consecutive days of salt spray, and extreme temperatures -- cabinets are rated from -40°F to +140°F, electronics are rated -40°F to +185°F
- Modular design can be scaled up to very large sizes, while available slim cabinet offers flexibility for any structure type, including retrofits, monument signs and wall mounts
- Time, day and date displays with temperature display optional
- 100% solid state with modular design for ease of service
- All manufacturing is controlled in Watchfire's vertically integrated manufacturing plant in the Midwest, from LED circuit board assembly to aluminum cabinetry. Computerized state-of-the-art facilities assure reliable, on-time delivery from America's Heartland.
