Patchogue Theatre located in downtown Patchogue, NY celebrates their 20th anniversary with the lighting of their new marquee sign. Watch this video to see the spectacle, and how they’re using digital signage to further their mission.
“The marquee is a nice, high-tech addition to a nice old building. And from a marketing point of view, it’s going to be hard to drive down Main Street and not notice it.” - Christopher Capobianco, Chairperson, Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts
Patchogue Theatre is a nonprofit venue offering dance, music and theater. This historic theatre was closed for nearly a decade until reopening about 20 years ago. The new LED marquee was made possible by a grant and donations by the surrounding community.
By using a three-faced 10mm Watchfire LED sign they’ve made themselves visible from any point of entrance. The new marquee creates clear messaging and attention-grabbing animations that will revitalize the community.
