Quantum Credit Union, Wichita, KS

Quantum Credit Union, based in Wichita, KS, was established in 1938 to serve Kansas telephone workers, but now is open to the public and serves more than 11,500 members in 15 counties across Kansas.

To support Quantum’s continued expansion and to reinforce its commitment to staying current with the needs of its diverse membership, the credit union replaced its existing digital display with an eye-catching 6mm, 10'3" x 6'5" Watchfire display at its Wichita headquarters to serve as the model for its other branches.

The area around its Wichita headquarters has developed and grown, making Quantum’s existing display insufficient to take advantage of its location at the center of the community near a high-traffic intersection.

“Luminous Neon did a great job designing a display that has incredible street appeal, attracts attention, blends with our building, and reinforces our brand,” said Jacob Burrow, Vice President at Quantum. "It was a great experience working together.”

Quantum views its digital display as a dynamic way to build and maintain connections with members of the community and give back by supporting other local organizations.

“This new display has enabled us to step up our game,” said Burrow. “Watchfire's advanced resolution and programming makes it easy for the team to maintain brand consistency, highlight our latest promotions, and target our messaging to connect with the community.”

Burrow’s team uses the display to share financial services updates like loans, holiday hours and time/date/weather. They also use it as a community messaging platform to share in partnerships or sponsorships, inform members about events, and highlight credit union programs that support the Kansas Humane Society and other local non-profit organizations.

“We are incredibly pleased with the Watchfire display,” continued Burrow. “We receive a lot of positive feedback from our members who love how it draws their eye and communicates valuable information. We look forward to installing additional displays at other branches in the future.”
