Health Coverage

Watchfire’s health insurance plan covers 75% of the premium and includes an excellent short-term disability plan. The employee's share of the health insurance premium is deducted via a Section 125, pre-tax reimbursement account for health and dependent care.

Additional benefits include an Employee Wellness Program and dental and vision coverage.

Life Insurance

Watchfire provides company-paid life insurance for all full-time employees, his or her spouse and their dependent children.

Employees may elect additional, optional life insurance for themselves and dependents.

401(k)

Watchfire offers both traditional 401K and Roth plans, and will match up to 50% of employee contributions up to 6% deferral of your income, with a five-year vesting plan.

We don't just pay lip service to competitive salaries; we use Illinois Compensation Data from the Illinois Chamber of Commerce to benchmark salaries and benefits.

Holidays & Vacation

Full-time regular, non-union employees receive vacation time immediately upon hire with 2 weeks prorated, then 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years, and 6 weeks after 25 years of service. Watchfire also provides other service awards.

Employees also receive 3 personal days, pro-rated from start date, and the remaining holidays in that year (9 annually).
