Watchfire’s health insurance plan covers 75% of the premium and includes an excellent short-term disability plan. The employee's share of the health insurance premium is deducted via a Section 125, pre-tax reimbursement account for health and dependent care.

Watchfire provides company-paid life insurance for all full-time employees, his or her spouse and their dependent children.
Employees may elect additional, optional life insurance for themselves and dependents.

Holidays & Vacation
Full-time regular, non-union employees receive vacation time immediately upon hire with 2 weeks prorated, then 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years, and 6 weeks after 25 years of service. Watchfire also provides other service awards.
Employees also receive 3 personal days, pro-rated from start date, and the remaining holidays in that year (9 annually).
